Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These are the terms for using ConvoSuite, a Chrome and Edge extension that adds a CRM panel to WhatsApp Web, and for this website. By installing or using ConvoSuite you accept them, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use it.
ConvoSuite is run by its owner from Panipat, Haryana. We are not a registered company or LLP yet. When that changes, these terms pass to the new business and we will say so here.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract under Indian law. If you use ConvoSuite for a business, you say you can accept these terms for it.
It's a beta
ConvoSuite is still being tested. Things will change and some will break. You get it as a file and install it yourself, and when we release an update you download the new file and install it again. It is not on the Chrome Web Store yet. We will fix problems as fast as we can, but we can't promise it will always work.
We are not WhatsApp
ConvoSuite is an independent tool. WhatsApp and Meta did not make it and do not endorse it. It works inside WhatsApp Web in your browser, and we have no say over WhatsApp's rules or how WhatsApp Web changes.
WhatsApp can restrict or ban accounts that it thinks break its rules, and it can change those rules whenever it likes. You use ConvoSuite at your own risk, and you are responsible for following WhatsApp's terms. If WhatsApp restricts your account, that is not our responsibility.
Free trial, prices and payment
You get 30 days free with the full product. No payment is needed. The trial starts when you first activate ConvoSuite and is tied to your WhatsApp number, so each number gets one trial.
After that the price is ₹499 a month or ₹3,999 a year, in Indian rupees. There is no charge per message. If GST or another tax applies to your purchase, we show it before you pay.
During the beta you pay by UPI and send us the payment confirmation. We switch your plan on once we have checked the payment. A plan covers the number of computers shown when you activate it, and ConvoSuite may stop working on extra ones.
Plans do not renew by themselves. When your paid period ends, you pay again if you want to continue. If we change prices, we tell you at least 30 days ahead, and it never changes a period you have already paid for.
How to stop and when we refund is on the Refunds and cancellation page.
Your licence
You may install and use ConvoSuite for your own business while you follow these terms. The licence is yours alone. You may not sell it, share your plan with other businesses, copy ConvoSuite, or take apart or remove its licence checks, except where the law says you can.
What you must not do
You are responsible for what you send and do with ConvoSuite, and for following Indian law and WhatsApp's terms. Do not use it to:
- send spam, or message people who have asked you to stop, or who haven't agreed to hear from you where the law needs their consent;
- collect members of WhatsApp groups, or watch when people are online or were last seen;
- export other people's chats in a way that breaks their privacy;
- make fake payment screenshots, receipts, invoices or reviews;
- pretend to be a bank, a company, a government office or another person;
- send lottery, KYC, loan, job or "double your money" offers, or anything else meant to cheat people;
- send illegal, abusive, hateful or sexual content, or anything that breaks someone's rights;
- interfere with the extension, our systems, or other users.
If we have good reason to think you're doing any of this, we can suspend or end your access with no refund, and report it to the authorities where the law asks us to.
Your data and backups
Your CRM data lives on your computer (see the Privacy Policy). Backing it up is your job. If it's deleted from your computer, browser or extension, we can't get it back. You also need a lawful reason to store and use your customers' data.
Other services
Some features, like AI replies and webhooks, connect to services you choose, using your own accounts and keys. Those services have their own terms and costs. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
Who owns what
ConvoSuite, its name, logo and design belong to us. Your data stays yours. Open-source parts inside ConvoSuite keep their own licences.
No guarantees
As far as the law allows, ConvoSuite comes "as is". We don't promise that it will suit your business, that it will run without interruption or errors, or that it will keep working if WhatsApp changes WhatsApp Web.
Limit on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, lost profit, lost data, lost business, or anything WhatsApp does to your account. If you do have a claim against us, it is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here takes away a right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit.
Stopping
You can stop at any time by removing the extension. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. If we stop offering ConvoSuite altogether, we will refund the unused part of anything you've paid for.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top, and post in the Telegram group if the change matters. If you keep using ConvoSuite after a change starts, you accept it.
Law and disputes
Indian law applies. If something goes wrong, tell our Grievance Officer first and give us a chance to fix it. If that doesn't work, the courts at Panipat, Haryana have jurisdiction, and you can still go to a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
