Refunds and cancellation

This page covers the free trial, stopping, and refunds for ConvoSuite. It is part of our Terms of Use.

The free trial

The first 30 days are free, with everything switched on. If you don't pay when they end, ConvoSuite stops working until you pick a plan. We never charge you automatically.

Prices

Prices are in rupees, with no charge per message. If GST or another tax applies to your purchase, we show it before you pay.

Stopping

Plans don't renew by themselves, so you have nothing to cancel. If you want to stop, don't pay for the next period. Your plan keeps working until the period you paid for runs out. If you want your data deleted too, see the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

First 7 days. If ConvoSuite isn't working out, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund all of it.

If we let you down. If you paid and we couldn't switch your plan on, or ConvoSuite stopped working because of a problem on our side that we couldn't fix, we'll either fix it or refund the part of the period you didn't get.

If we stop. If we stop offering ConvoSuite, or end your plan when you did nothing wrong, we'll refund the unused part of what you paid.

Otherwise, we don't refund a period you've already used, or a plan we ended because the terms were broken.

None of this takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to ask

Message us on Telegram (details below) and tell us the WhatsApp number you use with ConvoSuite and when you paid. We reply within 48 hours. Refunds go back by UPI to the account you paid from, usually within 7 working days.
