Follow-ups

Set a reminder on any customer. ConvoSuite reminds you when the time comes, so quotes and pending payments don't get buried.

GST invoices

Make a GST invoice from the chat and send it to the same customer, without switching apps.

UPI payment requests

Enter the amount and send a UPI payment request straight into the chat.

Labels and pipeline

Tag every chat: new enquiry, quote sent, payment pending. See where each customer stands.

Hindi and English

Use it in the language you talk to customers in.

Install in 4 steps

It takes about two minutes. You only do this once.

  1. convosuite.zip

Download the file and unzip it.

  2. Developer mode

In Chrome or Edge, open the Extensions page (type chrome://extensions in the address bar) and turn on Developer mode.

  3. Load unpacked

Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped ConvoSuite folder.

  4. ✓WhatsApp Web

Open WhatsApp Web. ConvoSuite is ready.

You need a computer with Chrome or Edge. ConvoSuite does not run on phones yet.

Why Developer mode? ConvoSuite is in beta and is not on the Chrome Web Store yet, so it installs from a file. A store listing is planned.

Questions

Is ConvoSuite made by WhatsApp?

No. ConvoSuite is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

Does it work on my phone?

Not yet. It runs in Chrome or Edge on a computer, inside WhatsApp Web.

Why does it ask me to turn on Developer mode?

Because it installs from a file, not from the Chrome Web Store. It's a one-time step. We plan to move to the store once more people are using it.
